Why & How to Take Peppermint Oil

Young Living Peppermint Oil has been a life saver for me. I have IBS and suffer from a lot of bloating and digestive issues and when I discovered that I had something like this right under my nose (as a Young Living Consultant) that would help me so much I was overjoyed! Digestive issues SUCK! I also drink peppermint tea.

There are few ways to benefit from the oil. One is simply put a few drops in a small of water and gulp it. Other ways include putting 2 to 3 drops in your hands, rub them together, cup our hands over your nose and inhale throughout the day as needed. For topical use you can apply a single drop under your nose, apply 8 to 10 drops neat or diluted 50:50 with water and rub on your stomach. AND of course in a diffuser! Making your home smell wonderful and you feel happy happy and better!
